Chapter 16.48 CONDOMINIUMS


Section 16.48.040 Land divisions in condominium subdivisions.

    Where divisions of land take place in a condominium subdivision, the subdivision shall be reviewed under the procedures contained in:
    A.    Subdivision review and approval procedures, this Title 16;
    B.    Preliminary Plats, Chapter 16.12;
