Section 16.52.010 Preliminary plat review.
To cover costs of reviewing plans, advertising, holding public hearings, or
other expenses
incidental to the approval of a subdivision, the subdivider shall pay a nonrefundable fee at the
time of application for the approval of a preliminary subdivision plat. The fees, payable to the
city are as follows:

Floodplain determinations:
Office determination 15.00
Field determination 350.00
Floodplain variance 200.00
"After the fact" floodplain
permit (for work in progress
or after completion work) 2,000.00
Major subdivision review (6

16 to 25 lots $300.00 and

Final plat review $150.00 and

Minor subdivision review

Expedited minor subdivision

Mobile home park, recreational
