Section 16.52.020 Final plat review and inspection.

To cover the cost of on-site inspection of the subdivision and review of the final plat and supplementary materials the subdivider shall pay a nonrefundable fee at the time of application for final approval to the city treasurer at the following rate: three hundred dollars ($300.00) plus five dollars ($5.00) per lot.
