Section 16.52.060 Variances from floodway provisions not authorized.

The city council may not by variance permit subdivision for building purposes in areas located within the floodway of a flood of one hundred (100) year frequency. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 16.01.070B-2)
