Section 16.52.080 Procedure generally.

The subdivider shall submit a written statement describing the requested variance and the facts upon which the request is based. The planning board and/or the city council shall consider each requested variance at the public meeting or hearing. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 16.01.070 B-4)
