Chapter 17.100 OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING
Section 17.100.090 Illumination.
Illumination of a parking area shall be constructed, shielded and used so as
not to create glare
visible from adjacent properties or public rights-of-way. Lighting conflicting with traffic signals
or emergency vehicle lights or otherwise creating safety hazards for pedestrian or vehicular
