Section 17.112.040 Nonconforming mobile homes.
In a district where mobile homes are not allowed, the following provisions shall
apply:
A. A mobile home may not be enlarged or altered in a
way which increases its
nonconformity.
B. Should a mobile home be damaged to an extent rendering
it uninhabitable, it shall be
removed and replaced with a conforming structure.
C. A mobile home shall not be moved on the lot unless
it is being removed. Upon removal,
it must be replaced with a conforming structure.
D. Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to prevent
the strengthening or restoring to a safe
condition of any mobile home or part thereof declared to be unsafe by any authorized official
with protecting the public safety. (Ord. 225 (part), 2003)
