Section 17.112.050 Restrictions on Nonconformities.
A. A nonconforming structure, with the exception of mobile
homes, may be relocated or
moved, in whole or in part, to any other portion of a lot or parcel provided that all structure(s) on
the lot or parcel shall be in compliance with the provisions of the ordinance codified in this
chapter and the International Building Codes adopted by the city.
B. A building or an area occupied by a nonconforming
use may not be enlarged or altered.
C. Ordinary repairs, fixtures, wiring, plumbing or replacement
of nonbearing walls is
allowed provided the work does not increase the gross square feet of the building. (Ord. 225
