Section 17.120.020 Uses permitted.
Private and commercial entities may use, occupy, or construct
a temporary structure, mobile
home, trailer, semi-trailer, van, recreational vehicle (RV), tent, canopy, or modular home under
the following conditions:
A. Offices and storage facilities
in conjunction with permitted construction projects;
B. A detached storage building limited
to one hundred twenty (120) square feet;
C. A framed building without a permanent
foundation, authorized by permit, limited to four
hundred (400) square feet, and not used for human occupancy;
D. In conjunction with transient merchants
authorized by permit;
E. Incidental use of recreational
vehicles and tents situated on private property in residential
districts limited to thirty (30) days. (Prior code § 11.04.020)
