Section 17.120.030 Long term dwelling sites.
Mobile homes, modular homes, trailer houses, and RVs used
as dwellings shall only be
permitted in mobile home parks. Modular homes which have received the factory built building
designation by the state of Montana are allowed in any residential zone. (Prior code § 11.04.030)
