Section 17.30.020 Uses allowed.

    A.    All uses allowed in the RS district.
    B.    Duplexes with two-family dwelling units, town homes with two-family dwelling units and condominiums with two-family dwelling units.
    C.    Accessory buildings and uses incidental to the uses allowed in this district.
