Section 17.30.050 Minimum area regulations.

    A.    Minimum lot area: seven thousand (7,000) square feet for single-family residence; ten thousand (10,000) square feet for a two-family residence.
    For conditionally permitted uses and structures: ten thousand (10,000) square feet with a minimum of one thousand four hundred fifty (1,450) square feet of land area for a multiple-family residence.
    B.    Minimum lot frontage: fifty (50) feet for a single-family residence as measured at the front property line; sixty (60) feet for a two-family dwelling unit as measured at the front property line.
    For conditionally permitted uses and structures: sixty (60) feet for three or more family residences, boarding or lodging houses as measured at the front property line.
    C.    Minimum yard setbacks:
    1.    Front yard: twenty-five (25) feet as measured from the front property line, exclusive of unenclosed front porches used as such.
    2.    Rear yard: twenty (20) feet for a main building measured from the rear property line; five feet measured from the rear property line for an accessory building; ten feet measured from the rear property line for detached garages opening to alley.
    3.    Side yard: ten feet from property lines on each side.
    4.    Corner lots: fifteen (15) feet for the side yard facing the secondary street. (Ord. 225 (part), 2003)
