Chapter 17.30 MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (RM)
Section 17.30.060 Maximum height regulations.
A. Dwelling units: three stories or forty-five (45) feet,
whichever is less.
B. Accessory buildings: one and one-half stories or eighteen
(18) feet, whichever is less.
