    B.    Banks, credit unions and other financial institutions.
    C.    Eating establishments (walk-ins), bakeries and catering establishments (except drive-thru’ s).
    D.    Arcades.
    E.    Media offices and production facilities.
    F.    Printing shops and photography shops.
    G.    Dwellings, provided they are located above the ground floor of the same building of the use allowed.
    H.    Taverns and cocktail lounges.
    I.    Theaters and museums.
    J.    Medical and dental offices.
    K.    Indoor recreational facilities and health clubs.
    L.    Parks and open spaces.
    M.    Professional and personal services.
    N.    Barber and beauty shops.
