Section 17.84.050 Minimum area regulations.
A. Minimum lot area: twenty thousand (20,000) square
feet.
B. Minimum frontage: one hundred fifty (150) feet.
C. Minimum yards:
1. Front yard: twenty (20) feet measured from the front
property line.
2. Rear yard: none.
3. Side yard: none for interior lots.
4. Corner lots: twenty (20) feet from the side yard facing
