Section 17.84.070 Other regulations.
A. Where a manufacturing/industrial use abuts a residential
district, the minimum setback
on the manufacturing/industrial use’ s abutting side shall be six hundred (600) feet.
B. Access to a manufacturing/industrial use shall be
a minimum of three hundred (300) feet
