Section 17.92.040 Accessory uses permitted.
The following uses shall be permitted in conjunction with
a principal use authorized by
Section 17.92.020 when determined to be normally accessory and incidental to the principal use:
A. Caretaker's residence, provided
that the established use requires continuous supervision
of a caretaker, superintendent or watchman and the residence is occupied only by such persons
and their families;
B. Retail business contained and operated
entirely within a public institution; and
C. Other uses which the city determines
to be normally accessory and incidental to the
