Section 2.04.190 Repealing or passing.
A. No ordinance shall be repealed
nor passed for contract or appropriation of money made
unless by a two-thirds vote of the members elect.
B. These rules shall not be appealed,
amended or suspended, except by a vote of two-thirds
majority of the council, and in all parliamentary practice not herein provided for, Robert's Rules
of Order shall govern so far as applicable. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 2.15.090)
