Section 2.04.200 Final passage.

    Upon the final passage of any ordinance, the yeas and nays shall be entered upon the minutes, unless the same be unanimously adopted, and any member may demand the yeas and nays upon question pending, if the demand is made before the vote is taken. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 2.15.100)
