Section 2.08.040 Bonding of officers.
The administrative assistant, city judge, and any or all
other city officers shall be included in
a blanket bond for all officers of the city, for the faithful performance of their duties; such bond
to be executed by a duly authorized surety company, the premiums thereon to be paid by the city.
