Section 2.08.050 Indemnification of public officers and employees.

In any civil action brought against any public official or employee of the city of Hamilton alleging a violation of Montana Constitutional Initiative 75, the city of Hamilton shall defend the action on behalf of the official or employee and indemnify the official or employee for any liability resulting from the alleged violation of Initiative 75.
