Chapter 2.12 MAYOR


Section 2.12.020 Presiding officer.

    The mayor is the presiding officer of the council; must sign the journals thereof and all warrants on the city treasury and decide by his or her vote all ties, and has no other vote. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 2.04.020)
