Section 2.12.070 Mayor may offer reward.
The mayor, whenever he deems it expedient, is empowered to
offer a reward, not to exceed
one hundred dollars ($100.00), for the arrest and conviction of any person charged with violating
this code. The mayor shall have all other powers granted by the laws of the state of Montana.
