Section 2.12.080 Mayor may grant pardon.
The mayor is empowered to grant a pardon to any person imprisoned
for a violation of this
code, and to remit so much of any fine or forfeiture as in his/her judgment may deem just and
reasonable, and shall report such remittance or pardon with the cause thereof to the council at its
