Section 2.12.100 Accounts and reports of officers.
The mayor shall have power, when he/she deems it necessary,
to require any officer of the
city to exhibit his/her accounts or other papers, and to make reports to the council in writing, on
any subject or matter pertaining to the mayor's office. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code §
