Section 2.20.040 Disposition of books, records, etc.

The city finance officer shall deliver to his/her successor in office, when such successor has qualified, all books, papers, money and other property pertaining to his/her office. (Ord. 183 (part), 2001: Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 2.07.030)
