Section 2.32.020 Powers.

    In the execution of his/her duty, with or without warrant, in arresting any person accused or suspected of a crime or in the suppression of any riot or unlawful assembly, or in the prevention of violation of this code, the chief of police shall have power to call upon any citizen or bystander, over the age of eighteen (18) years, to assist the chief of police in the execution of his/her duty.
