Chapter 2.32 CHIEF OF POLICE


Section 2.32.050 Emergency power of chief of police.

    The chief of police shall, in the case of emergencies, have the power and authority to postpone any scheduled vacation of any police officer, and have the power and authority to recall any police officer who is on vacation and request any such police officer to return to duty promptly.
