Section 2.32.060 Duty of policy officers.
It shall be the duty and obligation of any police officer,
whose vacation has been postponed,
or who has been recalled from vacation, to return to duty promptly, and remain under the
supervision of the chief of police until such time as the emergency or emergencies cease to exist
and such police officer is released by the chief of police. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code §
