Chapter 2.36 CITY COURT AND CITY JUDGE


Section 2.36.010 Establishment of city court.

    A city court is established which shall be open daily for all business, civil and criminal, except on legal holidays and nonjudicial days as defined in Section 3-1-302 MCA. On non-judicial days the court may transact criminal business only. (Ord. 102 (part), 1996: prior code § 2.12.010)
