Section 2.40.010 Intent.

There is created and established a city of Hamilton park board to advise and assist the city in development, control and management (including recreation programs in public parks) of all parks and open space properties belonging to the city and the installation/maintenance of all trees and other plants upon the city streets and public open spaces within the city.
