Section 2.40.030 Term of office.
The term of office of each park commissioner shall be two years from the first
regular
scheduled meeting in February of each year.
A. On the even years two commissioners will be appointed
to a two year term and on odd
years three commissions will be appointed to a two year term.
B. Any park commissioner who shall resign or be absent
for three consecutive board
meetings without an approved leave of absence from the board or who shall fail to qualify as
provided in Section 2.40.050(B) of this chapter shall be removed from the board and a new park
