Section 2.40.070 Conduct of park board business.

The park board shall meet at least monthly. Special meetings may also be held at the call of the president or the vice-president (if the president is absent) upon giving forty-eight (48) hours notice, indicating time and location of such meeting, to all board members and publication in a newspaper of general circulation. A minimum of four members of the entire board (not including ex officio members) shall be necessary to constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
