Section 2.44.030 Term of office.

    The term of office of each planning commissioner shall be two years from the first day of February of the year in which they are appointed or until their qualified successor is appointed.
    A.    Except three of the commissioners for the original board shall first be appointed for one year from the first day of February and until their successors are appointed and qualified.
    B.    Any planning board commissioner who shall be absent for three consecutive board meetings without an approved leave of absence from the board or who shall fail to qualify as provided in Section 2.44.050(B) shall be removed from the board and a new planning board commissioner appointed.
