1.    Be qualified by knowledge and experience in matters pertaining to the development of the city; and

    2.    Hold no other office in the city government.

    B.    Any citizen member may be removed from office by a majority vote of the governing body of the city. (Ord. 117 (part), 1997: prior code § 2.16.520)
