Section 2.44.100 Administration of board.

    To effectuate the administration of the board, the board shall have the power and duty to:
    A.    Exercise general supervision of and make regulations for the administration of the affairs of the board;
    B.    Prescribe uniform rules pertaining to investigations and hearings;
    C.    Keep an accurate and complete record of all board meetings and actions;
    D.    Make an annual report to the city council and other governing bodies represented by the board concerning the operation of the board and the status of the planning activities;
    E.    Prepare, publish and distribute reports, proposed ordinances, proposed resolutions and other materials relating to the planning board's authorized activities. (Ord. 117 (part), 1997: prior code § 2.16.800)
