The formation of the Bitterroot Public Library District is
for the convenience and necessity
of the city of Hamilton and Ravalli County as a whole, but more in particular, the proposed
legally described area of the Hamilton, Corvallis, and Victor school districts, excluding the
incorporated city of Pinesdale, Montana. (Prior code § 14.04.040)
