Section 2.52.010 Purpose.

    It is the considered opinion of this body that the extension of the Social Security System to employees and officers of the city of Hamilton, Montana, will be of great benefit, not only to the employees of the city by providing that such employees and officers may participate in the provisions of the Old-Age and Survivors' Insurance System, and will also be of great benefit to the city by enabling it to attract and retain in employment the best personnel and thus increases the efficiency of its government.
