Section 2.52.030 Request for coverage.
The city is authorized to execute and deliver to the Social
Security Division, Public
Employees' Retirement System, State of Montana, a plan or plans and agreement, as required
under Section 3 of the enabling act, or Section 6, Chapter 270, 1955 Session Laws of Montana,
and the Social Security Act, to extend coverage to employees and officers of the city and to do
all other things necessary to effectuate coverage of employees and officers under the Old-Age
and Survivors' Insurance System. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 1.12.030)
