Section 3.12.040 Certified to county clerk.
The city administrative assistant shall certify a copy of
this chapter to the county clerk of
Ravelli County, Montana, in the same manner that the resolution providing for the annual tax
levy is certified, and a tax herein provided for shall be collected in the same manner as the taxes
provided for in such annual levy. (Prior code § 3.04.040)
