Section 5.04.090 Insurance.


    All businesses that engage in activity on public property, including transient vendors, shall have proof of liability insurance in the amount one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) combined single limit, protecting the business and the city of Hamilton from all claims for damages, including products liability and operations arising from the operation of the business on public property. Such insurance shall name the city as an additional insured and shall provide that the policy shell not terminate or be cancelled prior to the expiration date without thirty (30) days’  advance written notice to the city. In addition, the business shall indemnify the city against any and all liability, loss or damage that the city may suffer as a result of claims, demands, costs or judgments resulting from the vending on public property.
