Section 5.08.010 Definitions.
The following words and phrases when used in this chapter
shall have the meanings
respectively ascribed to them:
"Alcoholic beverages" means all types and kinds
of alcoholic beverage including beer and
wines as regulated by the state of Montana.
"Code" means the Montana Alcoholic Beverage Code.
"License" means a license issued by the city to
a qualified entity under which it shall be
lawful for the licensee/entity to sell or dispense alcoholic beverages at retail. (Ord. 128 (part),
