Section 5.16.060 Conduct.
A transient vendor shall:
A. Be required to exhibit their transient vendors license,
written permission and copy of
proof of insurance (if required) at all times;
B. Not leave a stand unattended;
C. Provide and have available a five pound ABC fire extinguisher
if a heating or cooking
appliance is used;
D. Unless a written exemption is granted by the city
of Hamilton;
1. Not be located within fifteen feet (15') of any fire
hydrant,
2. Not block ingress or egress into any building and,
3. Provide a minimum of forty-two (42") inches straight
and clear passage for pedestrians if
located on sidewalks;
E. The city may further impose specific requirements for health and safety purposes
on
transient vendors on a case by case basis in unique situations and locations. (Ord. 209 (part),
