Section 5.20.010 Hours open and regulations.
It is unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation
engaged in the business of
operating pool rooms or billiard halls or rooms in which pool or billiard tables are owned or
operated for hire, to keep open any such room, or permit any person to play billiards or pool in
such place of business, between the hours of two a.m. and seven a.m. of any day. (Prior code §
