Chapter 5.20 POOL ROOMS


Section 5.20.020 Violation--Penalty.

    A violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, the offender shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), and any person acting as servant, employee or agent of the owner or proprietor of such rooms, shall be liable in the same manner as his/her employer or principal.
