Section 5.24.020 Dealing with minors.
It is unlawful for any secondhand dealer or junk dealer,
within the meaning of this chapter, to
purchase any such merchandise, used or otherwise, as mentioned above, from any minor without
the written consent of the parent, guardian or other person having charge of such minor. (Prior
