Section 5.24.030 License and fee.

Every secondhand dealer and junk dealer, as herein defined, shall before entering into such business, apply to the city treasurer for a license therefor and shall pay to the treasurer a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year, renewable annually. Such license shall expire the thirty-first day of December of each year. (Prior code § 5.01.030)
