Section 5.24.040 Records required.
Every such dealer shall keep records of all purchases of
every nature, in a register and all
entries in such register shall be plainly written or typewritten in the English language and shall
show the date, the name of the person from whom purchased, a description of the article
purchased and the price paid. Such register shall be open to the inspection of any police officer
of this city, any state or federal peace officer. (Prior code § 5.01.040)
