Section 6.08.050 Defecation by dogs.
It is unlawful for any person to allow a dog to defecate within the city, including
city parks,
without making provisions to wipe-up or pick up the fecal material. The fecal material shall be
placed in a bag or other container and properly disposed of by being placed in a refuse container.
