Section 6.08.110 Confinement of dangerous and vicious animals.
A. The owner shall confine within a building or secure
enclosure every fierce, dangerous, or
vicious dog or other animal and shall not take such dog or other animal out of such building or
enclosure unless it is securely muzzled.
B. Every animal bite shall be reported to 911 or an animal
control officer within twenty-four
(24) hours by the person bitten or the animal's owner, the owner's parent or guardian. (Ord. 172
